Our instructor training was designed to bridge the gap between learning Pilates exercises and actually knowing how to effectively teach them. We include both Mat + Reformer because understanding Pilates beyond the equipment gives you a deeper understanding of the method—and the knowledge and confidence to modify, progress and adapt movement for the real person in front of you.

And we intentionally give you 8 weeks to do it (with a week off over Thanksgiving). We don’t believe you learn to teach Pilates in a weekend. You need time to learn it, experience it in your own body, practice it, observe other instructors and actually begin teaching it.

A $450 non-refundable deposit reserves your spot! Space is intentionally limited so trainees receive individual attention, hands-on instruction and feedback throughout the program.

Completion of the Breathe Instructor Training Program does not guarantee employment with Breathe Pilates; however, graduates receive preferential consideration for available instructor positions.
